It’s time for you to worry less and be happier!

What is holding you back from living the life that you want? Let’s work through it together. You don’t have to struggle alone and suffer in silence.

I am passionate about helping my clients become inspired to create the life they want. I work with adults, individuals and couples, and adolescents age 14 and up. I do not work with children or offer family counseling.

When you see me you do not have to worry about being judged for who you are, how you feel, or anything in your past.
I work with LGBTQ individuals as well as non-binary/gender nonconforming people. I am also affirming of people who practice non-monogamy, polyamory, and BDSM. I work with people of all religions and faiths as well as those who are agnostic or atheist.   About Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Sensitivity

What is holistic mental health?

Social workers view the person in their environment. Rather than focusing simply on one’s emotional and psychological life, holistic mental health views all parts of the person as components of their mental health. Numerous studies have shown that one of the best and most immediate ways to ease depression is to exercise – a direct and proven link between the body, the mind, and the inner emotional life. What happens for forty-five minutes in a therapist’s office is only a portion of what is necessary for building a more positive life. What we think and what we do shape our world. When we change our thoughts and our actions, we have the ability to make our lives better, both our emotional life and the way we interact with the world around us. Empowering clients to take charge of every portion of their life and make small, healthy, mindful, and supported changes toward better mental, emotional, and physical health is my vision and my mission.
