Stacey Aldridge, LCSW

Stacey is a licensed clinical social worker, a mental health therapist, and a certified holistic health & wellness coach. She works with clients in her two small businesses, Inspired Happiness Therapy, LLC and Kaya Holistic Wellness, LLC. Stacey has a Master of Social Work from Jackson State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Services from Belhaven University. She has completed post-graduate training in EMDR (eye movement, desensitization, and reprocessing) therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, treating religious
trauma, and in nutrition. She is also a Reiki Master, trained in Usui Reiki.

Stacey was born in Washington D.C. but grew up in Mississippi. She currently resides in central Mississippi with her longtime partner & spouse Jon and their 3 very spoiled dogs. Stacey identifies as queer and is neurodivergent. She is a pescatarian, tattoo enthusiast, and animal lover. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors hiking, tending to her garden and houseplants, and listening to podcasts.
