Seeking help for what you are going through can be a difficult step to take.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out but I believe in you!

Sometimes, things in your past seem to be holding you back. Perhaps you just aren’t happy but you can’t figure out why because everything in your life seems ok. Maybe the stress and uncertainty of life is making it difficult to function and act like nothing is wrong.
Maybe you are struggling with the religion that you were brought up in. Whether you still go to church or not, you are trying to figure out how you feel about the things you were taught. You may not consider anything that you have been through to be trauma or traumatic. That does not mean that your experience would not be considered spiritual abuse or religious trauma by a trained professional.
It could be that you are contemplating a breakup or going through a divorce and feel devastated. You may feel broken, like you just can’t continue living with this pain. Your life might feel like it’s over now that the relationship is over – but it doesn’t have to be. You can get through this loss and not just survive but thrive.
You may have difficult relationships with your family of origin, friends, boss, or others that you would like to improve but are unsure how to start.
Talking through what you are feeling with a trained professional can help more than most people realize! I am also trained in specialties that go beyond simple talk therapy.
Don’t let fear or shame keep you from the life that you deserve.
